How do custom AI agents integrate with legacy CRMs?
AI agents connect to your CRM the same way other software does, through its API, automatic notifications (webhooks), a copy of its database, or regular file exports. We build a secure connection, often an MCP server, so the agent can read records, add notes, and start workflows. It only has the permissions you allow, every action is logged, and you keep your current CRM.
